“When I first started breastfeeding I would always cover up & worry that I was offending someone.”

Public Breastfeeding Awareness Project 2016, normalise breastfeeding in public, stop the mummy wars, fed is bestThen I met a wonderful lady who happily fed her bub without worrying what people thought.  That’s all I needed, a little push to not be afraid to feed my baby in public.  Phoebe is now 14 months old and I am continuing to breastfeed in public.

“Adults drink in public, so our babies should be allowed to as well!”

“Breastfeeding can be overwhelming but when you have the support from other mummas it makes a world of difference!”

I’ve heard so much negativity towards breastfeeding in public so I wanted to show my support by participating in a PBAP session and I would definitely recommend it to other mummas.  Public Breastfeeding Awareness Project 2016, normalise breastfeeding in public, stop the mummy wars, fed is best
